New York

Sujeet Indap is the Wall Street editor for the Financial Times. A former investment banker, he is the co-author of The Caesars’ Palace Coup, a dissection of financial engineering in Las Vegas.

Pan Kwan Yuk covers banking, financial services and retail. She was previously US head of FastFT, the FT’s 24-hour breaking news service. Pan is fluent in French and Cantonese Chinese as well as English.
London

Helen Thomas is the head of Lex. She was previously an FT business columnist. From 2013 to 2021, she worked at the Wall Street Journal and the BBC, as business editor on Newsnight. She started her career with a stint in banking, from which she is still recovering.

Vanessa Houlder writes about tax, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods. She was previously the FT’s tax correspondent and has won numerous awards. She is currently taking an MA in economic history.

Andrew Whiffin covers European banking, insurance and fund management. He is an economist and statistician by training and oversees Lex’s access to and use of financial data.

Louise Lucas is a Lex writer at the Financial Times. She was previously Asia technology writer, as well as Asia news editor and has also covered consumer industries.
Edinburgh

Nathalie Thomas is an expert in the energy, transport, retail and leisure sectors. She joined the FT in 2014 from The Daily Telegraph, also working previously for The Scotsman and Asahi Shimbun. She enjoys politics and sport.
Milan

Camilla Palladino writes primarily on energy, defence, industrials and luxury goods. She was previously head of corporate strategy and investor relations at infrastructure group Snam. She is an expert on hydrogen.
Seoul

June Yoon is Lex Asia Editor, focusing on Asia’s tech giants, the world chip industry and electric vehicles. Before joining Lex, she worked in investment banking and as a business news anchor for SBS Media Group.
